Nitrogen Purification Unit
O2 + C ----- CO + CO2
Based on the principle that oxygen and palladium carbon fibers react to produce carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide under catalytic action, residual oxygen in nitrogen reacts in deaerator equipped with efficient palladium carbon fibers, removes oxygen impurities, and then dries water through cooling and adsorption to obtain high purity nitrogen. The core components of deoxidization are palladium carbon fibers, and palladium and other precious metals play a catalytic role in palladium carbon fibers.
● Pure gas does not contain hydrogen and is suitable for hydrogen-free environment in product nitrogen.

● Note: For higher oxygen content and dew point of feed gas, graded deoxidization and dewatering should be considered. It is suggested that the content of nitrogen and oxygen should be less than 0.1% in use, which can greatly reduce the consumption of carbon deoxidizer and the cost of use.

Based on the principle that oxygen and hydrogen react with catalyst to produce water, hydrogen is added to nitrogen, and the mixture reacts in deaerator equipped with efficient catalyst to remove oxygen impurities. Then high purity nitrogen is obtained by cooling and adsorbing two-stage drying.
● Pure gas contains excessive hydrogen, which is suitable for the application of reducing atmosphere. The hydrogen content can be adjusted.
